We purchased 3 of these mats recently for 2 treadmills and an eliptical. I must say that the mats are not as durable as I was expecting. They are very soft and it's difficult to position the heavy exercise equipment on the mat without it rolling up underneath. The mats have also torn easily when the equipment is moved around. You would be better off with a much stiffer mat than this one.

The description on Amazon.com said that it was 7 feet long. Twice they sent me a mat that was only 6 feet long. I called customer service and they said that they must not actually have the product that I ordered. I cancelled my order and ended up ordering a different mat (7 feet long) that unfortunately was twice the price.

This machine does what it is supposed to do and more. Since I started working out I have lost the "pouch". The convenience of having it at home is what keeps me going. Long gone are the debating whether to go or not, the actual driving to the gym, and the membership fees. I schedule my workout for 30 minutes in the morning and sometimes I repeat it in the evening. The included exercise program and the music is a great bonus. It keeps me motivated, however, I do wish there is an option to get new music as listening to the same music over and over does get boring at times. My primary concern regarding this equipment was the size, but after installing it really isn't that big. Besides, it is light enough to move it when necessary.

This is probably the most effective and easiest machine i have ever used. I used to go to my gym, but with the kids and everything, i just don't have the time. Then i saw this machine. It gives me a great workout while i am at home, i don't have to waste any more time driving to the gym and back. This has every exercise imaginable. But my favorite is the glut and thigh station. It has really toned my legs and i now fit into my jeans better. I have this in the back yard under the porch for now, but with the wheels, i usually wheel it into the garage when it gets cold outside or when it rains. I would definitely recommend this to all the moms out there.

Have used it for about a month now and LOVE IT! It is thick and comfy and love the color (purple). Highly recommend it! Bought the mat after using a friend's and renting from the studio. When I got it I washed it as recommended, a couple of times, with some dishsoap and water . Probably washed it 3 times in the first week. I usually use a towel over my mat (hot yoga) so I have never experienced a slip or other problem.

I love the pilates magic circle--it is great for toning and strength building, and it also helps with controlled movements. The video is a bit outdated, but it is a very helpful guide for the various pilates moves you can do with the ring for stand-alone, reformer, and mat exercises. It introduced a few moves that I had not seen before with the magic circle.

It's too soon to give these gloves 5 stars, since part of any evaluation of such a product must be its durability, and I've only had them for a couple of months. So far so good though. Customer Review: Best glove I have ever owned.
I've been a weight lifter for many years and have gone through MANY gloves. These are by far the best I've owned. One reason I love them is that they are not intrusive at all. The softer leather and flex section make them a pleasure to wear. They also for some reason seem to grip the bar better then any other glove I've owned. They also have the right amount of gel in the palms, if there was any more it would be annoying, so the girly men just have to look elsewhere! They do wear a little faster than other gloves, but not thats to be expected with the softer leather and flex sections, but is worth it since they are so great to wear. I give these gloves a beating 4 times each week and still on the same pair I've had for over a year. Would definately recomend!

Customer Review: Way too small
When I purchased two of these (pale green and black) there was no review. As the other reviewer mentioned, these bags are way too small. My regular size yoga mat doesn't fit on the side of this bag. My green bag started tear apart on the side less than a month of very lightly used so I don't think these are quality bags. They look nice and that's all. They don't feel soft (rather rough) so unless you are wearing t-shirts, the shoulder straps and straps at the lower back will rip off the clothings. I also don't like the handle, which is very uncomfortable for the back of the neck (at least for me in the summer in DC). I paid ~$19 each of these bags but I am willing to pay more for quality backpacks, such as SwissGear by Wenger and amazon often offer with good price.
Customer Review: Good but a bit too small
This pack is of excellent quality. From looking at it far away you can tell this is a quality pack. It really does shine from a distance. And upon closer inspection, you will appreciate everything is stitched perfectly. The material is thick and padding on the back is also thick yet soft, making it very comfortable to wear. However, its a bit too small. You can't really pack a lot of things in there. Its smaller than the ususal backpack - it feels more like a kid's pack.

I was looking for a weight rack to start my home gym. I had the plates and barbells but needed a rack to go with it. For the money this is a great rack. It's sturdy and gets the job done. I can bench (incline and normal), powerclean and squat in this rack very easily. I think this is a great rack for the money since racks that are similar to this and considered better quality can cost you $1,000 - $1,500. Definitely recommend.

OVERVIEW This cage is capable of handling serious work-outs. I'd feel comfortable using 300lbs of weight on it. I'm 6'1 and the proportions of the cage fit me just fine. It's sturdy & has a relatively small footprint. The best part of using a cage is that you can self-spot and, therefore, push yourself w/ less risk of injury. If you add a 300lb weight set (Weider's rubber-coated is an incredible buy and will not rust), an adjustable bench (FID46 is good choice - sturdy & comes w/ leg extension, incline, decline) & dumbbells (adjustable take up less space, but Weider's rubber-coated plates can be used as makeshift dumbbells), you will have a very functional gym that goes beyond general fitness. I looked at a couple of other cages, and BodySolid's Powerline is the best buy. ASSEMBLY The unit arrives in three large boxes. It's heavy (which is good) and surprisingly easy to assemble. All parts were included with my shipment and all parts fit as they should. EXERCISES (after adding weights & a bench) Everything you need to get in shape and build all parts of your body with the safety of self-spotting CONS No major complaint. The 2 lift-offs and 2 safety rods are painted. When slid through the cage holes, paint peels from them every time. Not a big deal, but they should've been left unpainted. EXTRAS 10-year warranty, chin-up bar The lat tower is an option, but I find chin-ups much more effective at building back muscle & symmetry. Plus I save money and space. I'm 210lbs and this unit is able to support substantial weight on the lift-offs while I perform chin-ups. Though not professional-grade for power lifters who use over 400lbs, if you're still wondering if it's stable or sturdy enough for you to lift heavy weights, the answer is absolutely. I'm pleased with my purchase.

A note about operation of the ankle straps: you have to open them up and turn them so the scratchy Velcro is on the outside away from your skin...place the ring where you want it, wrap the remaining strap around your leg and then thread the strap through the ring and pull snug before securing the Velcro. This way it will stay on no matter what weight you use. I promise...I use A LOT of weight for leg training. I have been involved in health and fitness for over 20 years as a Body Builder, Body Sculptor, Trainer, Therapist, Coach and many other positions in the field. I am currently the Director of Personal Success Now. I bought this to check it out - to determine if it was a good option for some of my clients who do not want to go to the gym. I also travel and wanted some way to ensure I would have the ability to work out anywhere. Finally, no more work outs with a towel for resistance!! This little gym in a bag is great. It comes in a small bag and is very light. It comes with a poster or book demonstrating possible workouts and it comes with a DVD (or CD) that describes and demonstrates workout possibilities. You can play this CD as a "trainer" or view the exercises singly. The DVD takes you through a very good core performance, functional workout and contains some excellent information on nutrition. You get the aforementioned ankle straps, handles, and a door anchor. You also get a 5, 10, and 15 pound cable. The weight range is 5 to 30 pounds in 5-pound increments by combining the cables. The handles are comfortable and the cables hook and unhook very easily. The possible weight/cable combinations look like this: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20=15+5 / 25=15+10 / 30=15+10+5 Additional cables are only $4 from the company...note: if you need more weight, you only need to get another heavy cable...because you can create any combination up to 45 pounds in 5 pound increments with only the 1 additional cable. These are pretty good shirts for the price. They are made well and fit good. My only complaint is they need more of a color selection. They only come in Black with white or red shoulder straps, white with black straps and grey with black straps. I have them all. I would like to get more with different color variations. Overall a pretty good exercise shirt.

This thing will not only make sure you have correct form, but it also really focuses in on the biceps better then a preacher bench. I am really impressed. The only down sides I can see is you must make sure you have the neck strap set to the right length. You're going to want to set it a little short at first.

Great tool for isolating biceps, when you first use it only do about half of your normal curl weight, or you will be very sore the next day; also mind keeping your back straight, some people tend to lean forward when using this, which is wrong. You will feel the difference in your arms with this after the first day. Product is solid and will last a long time.
