This thing will not only make sure you have correct form, but it also really focuses in on the biceps better then a preacher bench. I am really impressed. The only down sides I can see is you must make sure you have the neck strap set to the right length. You're going to want to set it a little short at first.

Great tool for isolating biceps, when you first use it only do about half of your normal curl weight, or you will be very sore the next day; also mind keeping your back straight, some people tend to lean forward when using this, which is wrong. You will feel the difference in your arms with this after the first day. Product is solid and will last a long time.

I very hesitantly tried bodyflex at the suggestion of a friend. It is one product that absolutely works. I saw results at the end of one week, better results in 2 weeks. You have to keep it up, but it is not much time taken out of each day.
